Q: How do I use my store credit?
A: The store credit will come in a code which you enter at the final page of checkout. Store credit does not cover shipping charges and is a one time use credit so you will need to make sure your order is of equal or greater value to use the full amount.
Q: How many days do I have to return my item?
A: Returns will be accepted 30 days from receipt. Any returns received after this period will not be processed and will be shipped back to you.
Q: What do I do if I find a style I like but it is sold out?
A: To be notified if we get the style you want in your size back in stock you can use our auto notifier. On the product page on the right hand side there is a black box saying “CLICK HERE” where you can enter your email and size for the style you want. Then if we get it back in stock you will be the first to be notified. We may not get the style back and in this case you will not receive an email. Also, if a style does not come back in we are always adding new styles to the site so check back often as we may get a similar style.
Q: Can I change something on my order?

Q: Can I add another item to my order after I place my order?
A: If you have already placed your order you will not be able to make changes. Please make a new order and contact us and we will waive the shipping charges.
Q: Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
A: All items purchased on sale or marked down cannot be returned or exchanged. For our full Return Policy, click here.
Q: Why was my order canceled?
A: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
