HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN
Customers outside of the US are responsible for shipment costs for returns. To ship an item back to HAUTE & REBELLIOUS please:
1. Use the return portal by clicking here.
2. Pack your item(s), into the bag or box that was shipped with your order.
3. Purchase a return shipping label and send back your return within 30 days of receipt of your order to the address listed in your return confirmation email.

Items purchased from HAUTE & REBELLIOUS are eligible for a store credit within 30 days of receipt of package.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, you may use your credit to place a new order for a different size if available.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
HAUTE & REBELLIOUS does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
We will accept back beauty products within 30 days provided that they are unused and unopened.
Shipping charges on all orders are not refundable.
