HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

All domestic orders are returned using a PREPAID shipping label. To print this label and process your return, visit our return portal by clicking here.

Follow the on screen instructions on our return portal to complete your return. If you are unable to complete your return for any reason, please contact customer service.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For all orders placed outside of the United States please refer to our international returns page by clicking here.

POLICY

Items purchased from HAUTE & REBELLIOUS are eligible for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time, you may use your credit to place a new order for a different size if available. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided to return your merchandise.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SHOES

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE

Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

We will accept back beauty products within 30 days provided that they are unused and unopened.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges on all orders are not refundable.
